It’s here.

The program I’ve been building. The one I’ve been hinting at for weeks.

The one I wish had existed when my own son was navigating high school.

The Executive Function Webinar Series for ADHD Teens is officially open for enrollment.

And I’m so excited to share it with you.

But first, let me tell you why I created this — and why I think it’s exactly what your family needs right now.

Why I Built This Program

I’ve been coaching ADHD teens one-on-one for years. And while I love that work, I kept running into the same problem:

Not every family can afford ongoing private coaching.

But every ADHD teen deserves access to executive function training. These aren’t “nice-to-have” skills. They’re essential life skills that determine whether your teen will thrive or struggle in college, careers, and independence.

So I asked myself: How can I take everything I teach in private coaching and make it accessible to more families?

The answer? A structured, intensive, 8 webinar series that teaches the core executive function skills every ADHD teen needs — at a price point that’s actually doable for most families.

This isn’t a watered-down version of coaching. It’s the real deal — the same strategies, tools, and frameworks I use with my private clients, delivered in a live, interactive format.

And the best part? Your teen doesn’t have to do this alone.

What the Executive Function Webinar Series Includes

This is a 8 webinar series intensive program designed specifically for ADHD high schoolers (grades 9-12). The sessions will run from January – April 2026 with two seminars/month.

Here’s how it works:

Session 1: Understanding Your ADHD Brain
Your teen will uncover how their brain is wired — and why traditional strategies often backfire. This session builds self-awareness and confidence so they can start working with their unique strengths instead of fighting against them.

Session 2: Stress-Proof Organization Strategies
We’ll tackle academic chaos head-on! Teens will learn realistic, low-stress systems for keeping track of assignments, managing clutter, and staying on top of deadlines (without constant parent reminders).

Session 3: Study Smarter, Not Harder
From study cycles to prioritizing tasks, teens will learn how to create realistic study plans that fit their attention span and energy levels — no more marathon cramming or last-minute panic.

Session 4: Time Management Hacks + 5-Minute Healthy Habits
In this high-energy, practical session, teens discover how to plan their day around their brain’s natural rhythm. We’ll explore quick time management hacks that actually work — plus “5-minute healthy habits” that build focus, calm, and confidence without feeling overwhelming. Small wins like quick resets, short movement breaks, or tidy-up moments become powerful ADHD-friendly tools for productivity and energy.

Session 5: Hands-On Weekly Planning Lab
This one’s interactive! Teens will come prepared with real assignments, and together we’ll plan the week ahead, break down projects, and identify sticking points. By the end, they’ll leave with a personalized weekly plan — built by them, not mom or dad. 🙌

Session 6: Motivation & Momentum — Building Independence That Sticks

Your teen will discover how to stay consistent even when motivation fades. In this hands-on session, we’ll blend accountability systems with practical “5-minute habits” that make progress easy and sustainable. Teens will learn how to reignite their drive when frustration hits, how to recover from setbacks, and how to turn small wins into lasting routines that build trust, reduce parent reminders, and boost independence — in school and at home.

Session 7: Live Q&A + Mini Coaching Session — Ask Me Anything!

This is your teen’s chance to get personal support — live! 🎯 In this interactive session, I’ll answer questions in real time, troubleshoot challenges, and offer on-the-spot strategies tailored to your teen’s needs. Think of it as a mini coaching session where they can pick my brain, gain clarity, and leave feeling confident and equipped to apply everything they’ve learned.

Session 8: Managing Anxiety and Emotional Overload
This final session gives teens calming tools to manage overwhelm, anxiety, and negative self-talk. They’ll end the semester feeling empowered, focused, and more in control of their days.

Here’s What Makes This Program Different

I know there are a lot of programs, courses, and resources out there. So let me be really clear about what makes this one different:

This isn’t generic “study skills” or “productivity hacks.” Every single strategy in this program is built on ADHD neuroscience and what actually works for ADHD teens.

This isn’t a bunch of pre-recorded videos. These are live webinars where your teen  can ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and get real-time feedback.

(Can’t make it live? No problem. Every session is recorded and available for replay.)

We’re not just talking about executive function. We’re building it. Your teen will leave each session with a specific strategy, system, or tool they can use immediately.

This program is the culmination of 6+ years of working directly with ADHD teens and thousands of hours logged as a coach. Every lesson, every strategy, every example comes from real coaching sessions with real students.

I know what works. And I know what doesn’t.

Who This Program Is For (And Who It’s Not For)

This program is perfect for:

✅ High school students (grades 9-12) with ADHD or executive function challenges

✅ Families preparing for the transition to college

✅ Teens who are struggling despite being smart and capable

This program is NOT for:

❌ Teens who aren’t willing to participate and learn from an expert who “gets” them. (buy-in matters)

❌ Families expecting their teen to become neurotypical (we’re working with their brain, not against it)

FAQ: Your Questions Answered

“What if my teen won’t participate?”

This is the #1 question I get, and here’s my honest answer:

Buy-in matters. If your teen is completely resistant, this program won’t work.

But here’s what I’ve found: Most teens who are “resistant” are actually just overwhelmed, discouraged, or worried they’ll fail.

Before you enroll, have a conversation with your teen. Tell them:

  • This isn’t about “fixing” them
  • It’s about learning strategies that make their life easier
  • They’ll be learning alongside other ADHD teens who get it
  • They don’t have to have their video on- there are ways to engage in the chat box that really help those who are not comfortable being on video.

If they’re willing to try, I can work with that. If they’re a hard no, I’d wait until they’re ready.

“What if we can’t make the live calls?”

Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. They can watch on your their own schedule.

That said, I highly recommend attending live if possible. The real-time Q&A and interaction is where the magic happens.
