Coaching & Support For Teens With ADHD
I help teens with ADHD work smarter, manage (and understand!) their time, stay on task with their school work and partner with them for the academic school year. If your high schooler struggles with organization, procrastination and are in a constant state of anxiety and overwhelm, we need to chat!

Hi, I’m Kelly!
I’m a Certified ADHD Teen Life Coach and teens are my jam! I partner with high schoolers who need someone in their corner and parents who want someone their teen will listen to!
After our youngest son (I have two high schoolers now. Wow – how did that happen?!), was diagnosed (combined ADHD), many moons ago, I made it my life’s mission to help and support him in every single way I knew how…even if that meant changing my parenting approach (which I did- Yikes!)…and my language (ouch – check that one off too!). I read and researched so much about ADHD, it literally became a full time job…and little did I know, it would lead me to being here today: coaching teens – high schoolers to be exact!
How I Help!
I specialize in helping high schoolers manage the everyday challenges of ADHD. Does your teenager struggle with understanding how long it takes to get their work done? Are they time aware and manage it well? Do they have an after school system and tools in place to keep them organized? How about procrastination, which is mostly due to lack of motivation? Missing assignments and falling behind in schoolwork sound familiar? What about their focus and let’s not forget all the distractions? Am I ringing any bells?
I partner with high schoolers throughout the academic school year for these exact reasons: they need someone to hold them accountable, help them develop these skills, be in their corner and support them on their journey to independence. Oh, and I’m also (aside from their parents) their biggest fans and consider them my virtual children.

Testimonials
Kelly had the perfect personality to work with my teen. she is kind, understanding and upbeat. she made a connection and proved she could be trusted
Andrew has really enjoyed his sessions with you and the group coaching sessions. We have noticed better grades because of some better study habits and he’s starting to recognize when he needs help. He’s getting better and his self-confidence and a little bit in his organization. We certainly appreciate the time and effort you’ve put into helping Andrew.
Hey Kelly!!! I’ve been meaning to reach out. A lot of big news… So, I decided a few weeks ago that I wanted to submit to the tv film program at UNCG. I just felt like I might as well and if I got in then that would be huge and if not, oh well I would just continue w the plan of going to Sandhills. Well… I GOT IN!! I’m going to be a Spartan next year! Not only that, but I got into the tv/film program which is CRAZY considering how competitive it is. Also on top of all this I ended up have a few more interviews/auditions with that agency and. They wanted to represent me!!! So now I’m a signed actor and a UNCG admitted student!! Wow it’s so crazy to say all of this considering where I was this time last year. You have truly be such a blessing in my life and I just wanted to from the bottom of my heart thank you! Thank you for believing in me and for teaching me some life changing strategies to cope w my ADD!!
“You are a lifeline between my teen and I”.
